Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, using evidence-based practices and critical thinking to ensure individualized treatment. The role involves collaborating with patients and families, coordinating care, and promoting cultural competence.

• Delivering relationship-based care aligned with clinical standards and patient goals
• Ensuring timely documentation and effective interdisciplinary communication
• Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting professional development
• Adhering to policies, safety standards, and legal requirements

• Licensed RN with current certification in BLS; minimum one year of OR or circulating experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and utilize technology effectively
• Educational background from an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor’s preferred
