Orthopedic Surgical RN - Patient-Centered Care & Growth

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Orthopedic Surgical Unit, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involving families and significant others.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to promote professional growth and a healthy work environment.
• Support clinical research, uphold organizational policies, and participate in protocol development to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards, including safety goals and accreditation requirements.

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
