Role:

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting.

They perform the nursing process, deliver relationship-based patient-centered care, and engage in effective communication with patients and families. They coordinate care, promote evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and support professional development by mentoring colleagues. They also contribute to protocol development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize resource utilization.

Candidates need an Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree, valid RN license (single-state or multi-state), BLS certification, and less than one year of clinical experience. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills are essential. They must adhere to professional standards, policies, and evidence-based practices, demonstrating a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
