Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - using evidence-based practices and fostering individualized care that respects cultural diversity.

• Coordinate and document safe care
• collaborate effectively with team members
• support performance improvement initiatives
• serve as a preceptor or mentor
• promote evidence-based practice and research
• ensure compliance with policies and standards
• They proactively plan patient care across the continuum
• contribute to protocol development to optimize outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• current RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification (additional certifications like ACLS/PALS may be required)
• minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
