Registered Nurse; RN - Oncology; Acute Care

Role: RN Clinical Nurse, a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and promoting individualized care.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinating safe, quality care, documenting accurately, and fostering teamwork and collaboration across disciplines.
• Supporting performance improvement initiatives, participating in research, and promoting evidence-based practices.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor to develop future nursing staff and ensure a qualified workforce.
• Adhering to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety goals and clinical competencies.
• Participating in protocol development, resource management, and data collection for quality outcomes.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).
• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; completion of accredited nursing program necessary.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, teamwork, communication, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
