Omega Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Marietta team. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric care in a collaborative, physician-supported environment where your clinical judgment and operational ideas are valued.

Our practice serves families across the Greater Atlanta area and is known for extended patient access, teamwork, and a practical approach to improving pediatric care delivery.

• Collaborative support: Participate in daily collaborative reviews with physicians and clinicians so you are supported in decision-making.
• Leadership from day one: Your input can directly shape clinical workflows and patient care operations.
• Efficient systems: Use modern communication tools and practice systems designed to keep visits organized and efficient.
• Dedicated team: Work with medical assistants and administrative staff committed to smooth patient care.
• Family-centered care: Build relationships with children and families in a growing pediatric practice.

• Provide pediatric primary care, sick visits, well-child care, follow-ups, and patient education.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and document pediatric conditions within scope of practice.
• Order and interpret appropriate tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Partner with physicians, clinical staff, and families to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient access, and clinic workflow initiatives.

• Active Georgia APRN/NP license required.
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification or strong pediatric primary care experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of pediatric or family practice provider experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, family-centered approach.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are welcome but not required.

• $55-$65 per hour, based on experience.
• Full-time opportunity.
• In-person role serving pediatric patients in Marietta.
