Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse, a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting.

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural considerations.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, ensuring patient goals guide care plans.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, respectful communication, and clinical environment inclusivity.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support professional development as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
• Engage in resource planning, protocol development, and efficient use of healthcare resources.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing program preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory requirements.
