As a member of the Well Star Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, you'll bring your expertise to Well Star facilities, stepping in where you're needed most. Every shift is a new adventure, your ability to provide expert, compassionate care in fast-paced ED settings will make all the difference.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care—assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes.
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Well Star standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent, direct ED RN experience required.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) required.
Required Licensure/
Certifications:
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) required.
- BLS – Basic Life Support required.
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required.
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support required.
- TNCC
- Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN
- Adv Trauma Care for Nurses Cert preferred.
