Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure personalized care for patients, families, and significant others.
- Collaborate within a team led by Nurse Managers, following the Well Star Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing, and evidence-based practices.
- Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
- Support service excellence, patient advocacy, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Georgia or under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with direct patient care; specialty certification is a plus.
- Skills in effective communication, technology use, critical thinking, and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies professionally.
