Registered Nurse; RN Night Shift

Role:

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, ensuring individualized treatment based on clinical standards and evidence-based practices.

• Performs nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation;
• partners with patients and families;
• coordinates care;
• promotes teamwork and documentation;
• supports performance improvement and research initiatives;
• develops protocols;
• and ensures compliance with policies and standards.

Requires an associate or bachelor’s nursing degree, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a minimum of five years' direct patient care experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology effectively is also required.
