Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, performs assessments, develops and monitors care plans, and supervises the care provided by nursing staff.

Shift: Part-Time | Weekends Only | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote resident independence.
• Be responsible for identifying resident medical and behavioral changes and developing and monitoring care plans.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Provide leadership and daily supervision to assigned staff while ensuring quality resident care.

• Possess a current LPN Nurse license valid in the state of Georgia. (Required)
• Have at least one (1) year of nursing experience;
  Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Are willing to be available for community emergencies when needed.
