Registered Nurse; RN Oncology – Acute Care

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They work under the guidance of Nurse Managers and leadership, aligned with the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, Evidence-Based Practice, and organizational values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and their families.
• Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support service excellence and adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; direct patient care experience is a plus.
