Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed care providers, adhere to the Well Star Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices. Uphold the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, Scope of Practice, and ANA Code of Ethics. Support system policies, prioritize patient voices, and promote service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or authorized under eNLC.
• Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies decisively, and utilize technology effectively.
• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.
