Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Medical

Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care - Medical, providing high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure individualized patient care by collaborating with licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
• Practice in a clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers and supported through shared governance.
• Adhere to the Well Star Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain licensure and uphold standards outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.
• Support patient rights, organizational policies, and service excellence goals.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.

• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and technology use in clinical care.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and emergencies.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices.
