Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that considers cultural diversity.

• Perform nursing processes using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, making patient goals central to care plans.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care promoting teamwork and a respectful environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance.
• Serve as preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and a healthy work environment.
• Promote research and evidence-based practice, adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.
• Participate in resource planning, protocol development, and continuous quality improvement activities.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required upon hire.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
