Elements Crew

Position Summary:

We are looking for Adventure Elements Crew members to join our summer staff. The Adventure Elements Crew is responsible for the running and maintaining of our elements on camp property including, but not limited to zipline, climbing wall, challenge course plus other camp activities. Typical seasonal dates are late May to mid August.

• Facilitate adventure elements such as zip line, climbing wall, paintball, challenge course and others
• Inspect, clean and maintain all elements and equipment that pertains to all adventure elements and recreation activities
• Facilitate or help recreation teams run games
• Help waterfront crew with pond activities
• Assist in camp turnover after
• Other duties as assigned

• Actively live and practice the Christian faith and live a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Faith and Beliefs detailed on the Beartooth Christian Camp website.
• Ability to be trained and certified on adventure elements. (MUST BE 18yrs old by June 1 2026)
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a friendly, caring, and serving attitude.
• A high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to manage camper behavior.
• Certification in zipline and rock wall (provided)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (provided)
• Criminal Background Check (provided)

• Weekly stipend paid every two weeks via payroll
• Housing is provided (Must live on property for the summer)
• Food is provided
