This position will be integral for managing the daily quality support for Marietta Quality Shared Services Quality F35 HT/VT Coatings Operations and Fabrication support. Direct, plan, coach, mentor and manage all aspects, work scope and job operations in fabrication, surveys, and surveillances for Quality. Assist with hourly manning, and technical needs.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Quality customer presentations, audit preparation, optimization, metrics, SRR, and OTD performance.
- Monitor SFM, Call Board, SAP, QSS, Surveys, FAIs, planning, tooling, and workflow to ensure inspection requirements are met, and a conforming product is delivered on schedule.
- Direct, correct, and coordinate contractual data requirements within the F35 Coatings, sustainment and Fabrication process. Represent the organization on specific projects and teams.
- Provide knowledge of Marietta's Shop Floor Management (SFM) system, APRISO, Survey System, and Material Survey System to hourly workforce.
- Review databases and inspection summary inputs for accuracy and content.
- Initiate actions when additional attention is required to resolve adverse delivery trends or training problems.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly the use of Excel and PowerPoint in the preparation of graphs, charts and presentations.
- Aeronautics or Fabrication experience in a production or operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills with strong writing and computer skills. Ability to lead, multitask and adapt easily in a rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge/experience with Quality requirements, inventory management, financial, and product support activities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high‑paced environment with customers.
- Electrical Fabrication knowledge/experience.
- Experience working as a self‑starter and a team lead with gathering and analyzing data to solve technical/process problems and affect process flow.
- Experience with Inspection interface and/or technical support.
- Experience utilizing precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. - Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Presentations (DCMA).
- Working knowledge of APRISO, DIMS, and SFM systems.
- Knowledge/understanding of a basic logistic flow.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
