The ideal candidate will excel in working with property owners to find lessors and determine their needs, wants and economic feasibility. The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses.

Responsibilities

• Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues
• Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations

• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Familiar with leasing regulations

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
