Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

At Panda Restaurant Group, Shift Lead associates play a key role in bringing our mission to life within our restaurants. They support management in creating food with passion, delivering service with heart, and creating an ambiance with pride.

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during each shift.
• Prepare Panda favorites, gaining hands‑on experience in cooking.
• Develop a diverse range of skills to grow personally and professionally.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Preferable experience in operations or food service.
• Food Handler certification (to be obtained at applicant’s expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for four hours, and reach 36 inches across a counter.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
