The Shift Manager performs a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring company and McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift, and helping departments meet their goals. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
