Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (where applicable).

The position offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.59/hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Communicate legal aspects of transactions clearly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete training successfully.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform tasks in various physical positions for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification if required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and on weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office equipment.
