Job Overview

This role is part of the Circle K store team located at 1825 Franklin Pkwy, Franklin, Georgia 30217. As a Customer Service Representative
, you will greet customers, operate the register, provide purchase suggestions, and support the store’s food program while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Shift availability is flexible.

• Greet customers, process sales, and operate the register.
• Provide purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Assist with store appearance and maintenance around the interior and exterior.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Selling products to customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Communicating and engaging in friendly conversations.
• Performing efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Retail and customer‑service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may include ladder climbing to retrieve materials or remove signs.
