Service Team Member

Store - ATL-MARIETTA, GA

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for; ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Assist with truck unload, merchandise duties, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes; complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, promote the organization’s vision and values, and be a role model for other Team Members
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods; move throughout the store; perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
• Ability to work in a public retail store setting, with all associated climate conditions, and required to work nights, weekends and early mornings

• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press (contextual to store operations)
