The Retail Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Location:
Marietta, GA (within a 25 mile radius) - Part‑time, 24 hours a week, 3 days a week
- Compensation: $18 hourly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- Responsible for selling, merchandising, and gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
- Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.
- Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
- Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
- Work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
- Communication stipends: $2.50 per day

- Order product and place it on shelves from new orders.
- Conduct audits and merchandising in grocery stores.
- Drive to various retail locations.
- Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
- Report findings and data to management through a mobile app.
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
- Perform physical activities including frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
- Attend client kick‑off video calls.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
- Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders.
- Support promotional activities by negotiating and building displays to ensure product is available for consumers.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut‑ins.
- Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
- Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
- Additional activities as requested by company management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) with internet service for daily communication.
- Must be able to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits at local grocery retailers.
