As a Sales Associate at Xhale City, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and excellent customer service. You will provide accurate product information, sell based on customers’ needs, maintain a clean and clutter‑free store, restock shelves, and stay up‑to‑date on new products.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Deliver fast and friendly customer service as the first point of contact.
• Provide accurate product information and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the display is clutter‑free.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as required.
• Keep current knowledge of all new products offered in store.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Age 18 or older (18–21 depending on state requirements).
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products in the vaping industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A reliable person who is eager to grow in a fast‑paced, expanding company.
