Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to meet their needs.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report sales activity, competitive insights, and performance metrics to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Tech-savvy with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Experience engaging customers and demonstrating products is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and connect with customer needs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Multi-tasking ability in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
