As a Key Holder, you are responsible for supporting daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, maintaining excellent customer service, and assisting management. This role requires reliability, leadership, and attention to detail to uphold operational standards and safety.

• Open and close the car wash facility following established procedures
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of a manager
• Secure POS, equipment, and property during shifts
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns
• Assist with training and motivating team members
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly
• Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize customer wait times
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards
• Step in to perform team duties as needed during busy periods
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
