Highly successful State Farm agency seeks a hardworking, energetic, customer oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager at our Marietta office location. We are seeking a professional candidate to help grow our business by assisting customers through value based conversations and providing uniquely tailored coverage recommendations to each individual customer. Responsibilities
  • Provide need-based customer reviews focused on educating and advising customers about their insurance options
  • Serve as primary contact for customers to answer questions, adjust policies, add new policies, and make policy changes to accommodate individual customer needs
  • Work with a team of highly trained insurance representatives to build leads and seek potential marketing opportunities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals that align with the overall company objectives.
  • Work well in both an individually motivated and team oriented work environment
Requirements
  • Sales experience in a professional work environment strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of work experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
