Orange Staffing is a leader in professional human resource services, offering staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions across various industries and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Atlanta, Ga to expand operations in the Metro area.
THIS POSITION IS BASE SALARY + UNCAPED COMMISSIONS.... THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!!
Our Outside Sales Representative is responsible for creating new business opportunities and establishing long‑term partnerships with new customers driving company revenue. As our Outside Sales Representative, you will maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide superior service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products & services to new potential customers
- Comfortable with conducting cold outreach of potential customers
- Develop relationships with potential customers after cold outreach
- Responsible for sales proposal development, negotiation, and sales process
- Plan weekly work schedule
- Reach agreed‑upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries & complaints
- Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Maintain strong & meaningful relationships with each account you manage to ensure they receive the promised service & quality
- Prepare weekly reports
- Work alongside the operations team to provide excellent service to our customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Business Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Experience in staffing & recruiting industry preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal communication skills & a collaborative mindset
- Must be deadline‑ and detail‑oriented
- Tech‑savvy, quick‑learning & ready to jump into new software programs, familiarity with CRM platforms
- Must be able to work overtime & some weekends as business needs dictate
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening & presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle daily ([$250.00 Dls gas reimbursement per week])
- Ability to work under pressure & reach agreed‑upon sales targets by deadline
- Pay depends on verifiable experience
