Protect-All Flooring is a growing manufacturer of resilient flooring systems, with an opening for a National Account Representative based in the Southeast region of the United States. This full-time, salaried position reports to the National Sales Manager with a salary range of $85,000-$90,000 plus potential bonus. Ideally located in GA, FL, or TX and located in a metropolitan area within one of these states.
Responsibilities- Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Maximize business opportunities within customer accounts.
- Learn, promote, and sell the Protect-All Flooring system to prospective customers based in assigned geographies.
- Make monthly service contact with all active customer accounts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
- Manage the design specifications for each customer account.
- Work closely with Protect-All Distributors and Contractors, General Contractors, and Architects on customer account projects and construction needs.
- Coordinate bid process amongst multiple Protect-All Contractors, General Contractors, and Customer Accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Required
Work Experience:
5 years of successful business-to-business sales experience - Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel frequently in the assigned territory – typically 60-70% - Commercial Flooring knowledge or Protect-All background preferred
- Must be organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Must have outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Territory management and presentation skills
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests.
