About the Job

Our Project Consultants perform in-home meetings with homeowners in the Metro Atlanta area showing off our extensive home improvement product and service offerings. Our Project Consultants demonstrate a wealth of knowledge of the company's product and service offerings and ensure a world class experience for our customers.

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-qualified leads in a no/low pressure sales environment
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
  • Listen to your customers and ask questions to better understand what they want/need and provide options to match
  • Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
  • Serve as the liaison between operations and the customer post sale assuring a fantastic customer experience
  • Attend required trainings, and follow Nelson Exteriors sales processes
  • Stay current on industry standards, trends, and competitor activity
