Service Master Restoration Services is expanding in the Atlanta market and hiring a driven, field-focused Outside Sales Representative. This performance‑based role is designed for professionals who want their effort and results to directly determine their income.

No restoration experience is required —
we train the industry, you bring the drive.

• Manage and grow a defined sales territory in the Atlanta area
• Build relationships with Insurance agents (Property & Casualty), Property managers, Plumbers, HVAC companies, and other trade partners, Commercial property decision‑makers
• Proactively pursue restoration opportunities (water, fire, storm, and property damage)
• Turn referral relationships into consistent monthly revenue
• Develop long‑term, repeat referral partnerships
• Spend the majority of your time in the field — not behind a desk
• Track activity, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM
• Represent the Service Master brand with professionalism and urgency

• Uncapped commission structure
