What your job duties will entail:

• Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life"
• Interface with builders on a daily basis, answering inquiries and resolving problems
• Prepare and type closing documents
• Set up new homeowner accounts
• Create and maintain HOA accounts
• Pull and enter online schedules
• Manage orders and other paperwork
• General office duties as assigned
