Reports To: Director of Sales / Customer Service
Job Summary: The Business Growth Partner is responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring new clients, managing email campaigns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers. This role is key to identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and ensuring customers successfully complete their first purchase while providing actionable insights from follow-ups and surveys.
Key Responsibilities Generate New Customers- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate at least 10 new clients per week.
- Manage the full customer acquisition process from initial contact to first payment.
- Develop relationships and ensure prospects are guided seamlessly through the sales journey.
- Create, manage, and analyze email campaigns to attract new clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to identify top-performing clients and opportunities.
- Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Design and implement a postcard-based onboarding process that efficiently transitions new clients to the Inside Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent handoff from initial contact to ongoing touchpoints.
- Conduct follow-up surveys with new customers within 10 days of first engagement.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Prepare reports to inform internal teams and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and track progress with detailed reports.
- Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting weekly acquisition goals.
