Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

• Conduct in-home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.
• Lead engaging product demos and tailor solutions to homeowner needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Positive, competitive, goal-driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.
