We’re looking for a relationship‑driven sales professional to join us as a Client Relationship Manager (Legal Sales)—someone who knows how to guide, not push.

This is a consultative B2C role where trust‑building, emotional intelligence, and clear communication matter just as much as results. Please note that while this is an individual contributor role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience training and coaching team members. Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential new clients, earn their trust, educate them, and successfully convert them to clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources to describe how our legal services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or via Zoom.
  • Maintain contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for when they are ready.
  • Assure potential clients that the Firm can help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives.
  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improve quality and volume of leads, and offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on "front‑line" experience.
  • Recommend improvements and deploy systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably.
  • Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with new clients during the onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales of luxury or high‑end products or services (B2C required).
  • Proven track record using a consultative sales approach.
  • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
  • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required (strong in Excel).
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful but not required.
  • Previous experience training and coaching team members.
Compensation

$120,000 total compensation
