Business Development / Sales Representative – Staffing Industry

Location: Metro Atlanta

Schedule: Monday– Friday | 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM

Pay: $18–$22 per hour +

We're seeking a driven and outgoing Business Development / Sales Representative to help grow our presence across the Metro Atlanta market
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business through B2B outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to connect with decision‑makers
  • Conduct in‑person visits, follow‑ups, and consistent outreach to potential clients
  • Hold weekly sales touchpoints to track progress, refine strategy, and exceed goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and offering staffing solutions
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure the right talent is delivered to each client
  • Use market insights, staffing trends, and data to position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support branch growth and expansion goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience required (B2B, outside sales, or customer‑facing sales strongly preferred)
  • Staffing industry experience is a strong plus (but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills— you're comfortable talking to anyone
  • Confident, professional, and motivated by performance and earning potential
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a competitive drive to win and grow
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Metro Atlanta
