A Parts Sales Associate works as an on‑site employee on the Crib Master team and is responsible for:

• Managing customer inquiries related to quotes, parts orders, warranty replacements, and free goods requests.
• Preparing and processing quotations and sales orders within SAP and Salesforce.
• Responding to customer communications promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Monitoring and following up on open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order issues and coordinate customer solutions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer transactions and service records.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures related to sales order management.
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive learner who values contribution, innovation, and customer success. Required qualifications include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, parts sales, or customer service within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (required).
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, vending systems, or inventory management solutions.
