- Sales & Relationship Management: Drive sales growth within assigned territory by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with wireless carrier partners; manage the entire sales cycle; serve as primary contact for carrier partners; develop and execute strategic sales plans; consistently exceed sales targets; foster positive partner and store relationships.
- Advocacy & Training: Foster Meta Wearables advocacy through training and engagement initiatives; train carrier store leadership and team members on product knowledge, benefits and sales techniques.
- Marketing & Initiative Development: Develop and implement innovative initiatives to drive customer demand and build brand advocacy; collaborate with marketing and internal teams.

Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; present confidently to various audiences; influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes; collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless execution. - Personal Attributes &
Skills:
Deep knowledge of wireless industry and wearable market trends; strong sales acumen and proven track record of exceeding targets; passion for technology and Meta Wearables; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proactive, results‑oriented, with strong ownership; thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environment; work independently and manage time effectively; travel 75% of the year to various markets across the territory.
- Business degree preferred
- 2‑5 years of retail and sales management experience required
- Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience required
- Superior leadership abilities with professional communication and presentation skills
- Good judgment, initiative, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent time‑management skills; ability to work autonomously
