Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA, responsible for guiding customers through the entire car-buying process. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their transportation needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, explaining financing programs, and supporting credit-building opportunities. The Sales Specialist will prepare and review sales and financing documents, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records in dealership systems.

This role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a welcoming, compliant, and customer-focused showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to explain vehicle features, financing options, and purchase terms clearly and professionally.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle questions, and support customers from first contact through delivery.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals in a retail or automotive environment.
• Experience with Training or coaching, and basic Sales Management capabilities to support team performance and adherence to processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Marietta, GA, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency for using CRM systems, email, and digital sales tools.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages) are highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
