Position SummaryPhyllis Brunch & Catering is seeking an outgoing and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to generate new catering orders, private-event bookings and local business partnerships.
The ideal candidate will confidently visit businesses and organizations, introduce our catering and event services, follow up with potential clients and consistently work toward agreed sales targets.
Responsibilities- Visit local businesses, offices and organizations to promote Phyllis Catering
- Generate catering leads and private-event inquiries
- Promote Phyllis as a venue for bridal brunches, baby showers, birthdays, meetings and other celebrations
- Build relationships with schools, hospitals, churches, corporate offices, venues, event planners and community organizations
- Distribute menus and approved marketing materials
- Attend networking events and community activities
- Contact prospects through in-person visits, calls and emails
- Follow up consistently until a decision is received
- Coordinate with management on menus, pricing and event requirements
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the company CRM
- Submit regular activity and performance reports
- Meet agreed weekly and monthly targets
- Represent Phyllis professionally in the community
- Sales, field marketing, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Confident approaching new businesses and speaking with decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized and accountable
- Comfortable working toward measurable targets
- Able to manage follow-ups without constant supervision
- Knowledge of Marietta, Cobb County and the Atlanta area preferred
- Reliable transportation required for local visits
- Flexible availability for occasional events or networking opportunities
- $15 per hour
- Additional incentives for achieving agreed performance targets
- Incentive structure will be explained during the interview
