Off Plan, a direct care platform, is hiring an Employer Benefits Sales Associate in a hybrid role based out of Marietta, GA. You will own a full-cycle sales process from prospecting to close, targeting small to mid-size self-funded and level-funded employers, in collaboration with brokers and benefits advisors.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, build a robust pipeline, and help shape the market as Off Plan launches in Florida and Virginia.
