• We give you leads!
• Call and connect with given leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
• Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales experience
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. (Be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and closing ratio.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
• A desire to obtain the Life and Health License or be licensed now.
