Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Implement marketing & sales strategies with the ENDO Sales Team; deliver sales presentations to current/prospective customers.
- Use approved marketing/selling materials in the assigned territory; perform effective business planning and regular territory coverage.
- Call on healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable).
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Distribute samples and record sample transactions per PDMA guidelines; maintain accurate records.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales presentations using approved materials; focus on top target customers with assigned call frequency.
- Maintain accurate territory information; perform pre- and post-call analysis.
- Review and analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds to maximize impact.
- Complete administrative reports on time; safeguard company assets.
- Enter calls into Veeva via iPad and check/respond to email daily.
- Participate in training, conference calls, and meetings; provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs.
- Adhere to compliance policies and reporting requirements.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (required). - Experience:
Minimum 1 year successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- Advanced communication and presentation; strong understanding of disease states/treatments.
- Advanced/proven success in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; advanced relationship-building.
- Self-motivated, strong organizational and time management.
- Combination of medical knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for patients.
- US Driver's license (upon hire) required.
- Base salary: $80,000-$100,000/year; short-term incentive/bonus or performance-based award within first 12 months.

- 50% travel; may include overnight and occasional weekend coverage.
