Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English, great with customers, and interested in building a career in sales? We are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization supporting the commercial construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, inside sales, construction, building materials, equipment rental, industrial supply, or distribution who enjoys working directly with customers and wants an opportunity to grow.

You'll be an important point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, helping contractors find the products they need, preparing quotes, processing orders, and building relationships that generate repeat business.

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers in person and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and help grow existing accounts.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes, sales orders, and payments.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Proactively follow up with customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts.
• Research products, suppliers, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with quotes, order documentation, and product submittal packages.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the company's ERP system.
• Assist with showroom organization and product stocking.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to keep customer orders moving.

• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills – required.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, counter sales, account management, or sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, sales-minded approach to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working directly with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• ERP, inventory, order-entry, or point-of-sale system experience is a plus.
• Experience in construction, concrete, building materials, industrial supply, equipment rental, hardware, or distribution is highly preferred.
