What You’ll Do- Prospect & Engage: Drive new business through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines within the Animal Health & Nutrition space.
- Sell Opportunities, Not Just Jobs: Use your sales acumen to position roles as career-defining moves for top talent and close the deal.
- Own the Market: Identify and develop strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates; stay ahead of market trends.
- Partner with Clients: Build and manage a portfolio of clients in the Animal Health industry. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

- Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
- Professional background in Animal Health or Animal Nutrition.
- Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
