Sales Leader

Are you a strategic sales professional ready to take the reins of a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Leader to spearhead regional growth, mentor Territory Managers, and deliver record-breaking  this role, you’ll lead sales and profitability initiatives in your region, uncover opportunities in both existing and emerging markets, and inspire your team to achieve — and exceed — ambitious goals.

You’ll also be a trusted partner to leadership, shaping pricing strategies, optimizing product positioning, and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service.

What You’ll DoDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional objectives.

Coach, mentor, and manage Territory Managers, helping them sharpen their skills and win in their markets.

Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.

Provide market intelligence and insights to shape sales strategies and product offerings.

Ensure your region meets margin expectations and delivers optimal product mix.

Years of HVAC sales distribution/wholesale experience
