- Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of the regional outside sales team

- High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance
- Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver’s license
- Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively
- Sales leadership experience in fintech payments, POS, and SaaS is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 4 years of leadership experience
