We are seeking Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.

Job Summary

Responsible for operational delivery of complex clinical research studies, serving as a key contact for internal and external business relationships. This role manages study design and launch activities, supports project execution improvements, and helps maintain best practices across Project Services.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead study setup activities, including protocol and budget review, project planning, milestone tracking, and risk, issue, and action log management
  • Partner with Study Setup teams to support quality database setup and oversee preparation of protocol-specific documentation
  • Manage study timelines, deliverables, documentation, eTMF filing, monitoring, reporting, and closeout activities
  • Build and own customer relationships, facilitate communication, and coordinate resolution of study-specific issues
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, health checks, and governance activities in partnership with senior operational and business development teams
  • Represent the company at investigator meetings, audits, inspections, and other internal or external meetings
  • Provide study training to sites, CRAs, and customers while maintaining regular communication with sites
  • Support process improvement projects, department-level assignments, mentoring, and best-practice development
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field
  • 5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 3 year project management / project set up experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Project Management processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferred
  • Experience managing study documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including filing into eTMF
  • Experience in successfully leading large, global and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers
  • Ability to serve as an escalation point and coordinate study or program level issue resolution
  • Ability to mentor, train, and provide feedback on team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project plans
