Security Officer Armed Communications Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and relay routine and urgent calls, and coordinate the assignment of personnel to support security-related incidents, access concerns, and/or operational needs;
Document incidents, service requests, and status updates in dispatch logs and reporting systems, helping to support accurate records and timely communication with site leadership and/or emergency contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to direct resources and share pertinent information with on-site personnel and/or responding agencies;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter while maintaining awareness of dispatch activity, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with location policies
